Short bio

I am Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Engineering of the Free University of Bolzano Faculty, where I am carrying on theoretical and applied research on graph theory, dynamical networks modelling and analysis, control theory, and causal inference. I am member of the Smart Data Factory laboratory of this Faculty, where I work to promote technology transfer from the academic world to the industrial world. I am Senior Professional  Member of Association for Computing Machinery, New York USA, where I contribute to the development and dissemination of numerical methods for high performing software for complex dynamical network simulation.

Main Research Areas

Systems theory, dynamical networks, control theory, inferential statistics, non-linear dynamical equations, modelling and high-perfomance simulation of multi-agent systems.  Application domains: systems biology, biophysics, biochemistry.
