The Student Secretariat manages student applications, registration and tuition fees. The office manages student careers and issues certificates, diplomas and diploma supplements.

The Student Secretariat also manages the election of student representatives, prepares and submits data to the national register of students and manages the recognition of Austrian academic qualifications.
