Daniela Salvucci is researcher at the Faculty of Education, where she works on cultures of mountain people. She previously worked for the Platform Cultural Heritage Cultural production at the Faculty of Design and Art and for the MFEA-The Malinowski Forum for Ethnography and Anthropology project, unibz. She obtained the PhD degree in Cultural Anthropology, Ethnology, Cultural Studies at the University of Siena, Italy; she carried out research in Argentina and at the IAI-Ibero Amerikanisches Institut, Berlin, and at the CEMLA-Centro Estudios Migratorios Latinoamericanos, Buenos Aires. Her thematic fields are kinship and family studies, rituals and indigenous territories in the Andean region, history of anthropology and practices of heritagisation.
