I am a Computer Science PhD student working in Software Engineering Training and Education at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. 

My PhD research is focused on understanding Software Design Practices in Global Software Engineering Environment. Together with Dr. Ilenia Fronza and Dr. Claus Pahl we are working to propose a model to promote distributed collaborative design decision practices. The model will be followed in academia to educate students and train software developers working in GSE organizations.
